Finesse
Zehn Nubians Finesse
|
Finesse is the blessed result of my most anticipated cross with our new sire, Jacob. I appreciate so many qualities in both Fine and Jacob that I was just sure I could get the perfect combination of the two. I can't lie, she's a stunner. Yay, God! Same great length, beautiful head and all the angles.

Ophelia
Zehn Nubians Ophelia
|
Meet pretty Ophelia, daughter of Fleek and Jacob. This satin-y smooth and beautifully blended chunk is showing all the earmarks of a future milk goddess. This early, candid photo cannot capture what we think is the perfect mix of dairy and strength (for us). We adore her and can't wait to see that udder.

Hortensia
Zehn Nubians Hortensia
|
Hortensia is the twin sister to Ophelia. While she might not be as stylish as her sister, Hortensia is the powerhouse of the pair--more bone, a touch taller and broader. She stands naturally wide and is shaping up to be a foundation doe in the making. This earlier pic does no justice to that frame she is building upon.

Sudie
Zehn Nubians Goodnight Moon
|
Sudie harkens back to our earliest days and first registered Nubians. This Moon line pulls so much dairy, so much color...and so much character. Over the years we have crossed out on just a few select bucks to improve bone and attachments but this girl is one of my favorites to date from the Moons and out of my favorite Moon daughter--Fly Me ToTheMoon. If you think this girl is something...you should have seen her littermate brother and sister (we can't hoarde them all).

Finlea
Introducing Finlea--our fair-haired, courageous one. Born a single to Philomena, our herd matriarch and freight train of a doe, Finlea combines strength, depth and length without sacrificing femininity. Her style reminds me of my foundation sire, Blue--which is to be expected with those tried and true Goldthwaite genetics. We're excited to see how this lady matures in the next year.
